I've had many people ask about staging on a budget. Staging doesn't have to be expensive to be effective. A little creativity can go a long way on a small budget. May times the staging process is about organization.

WHAT IS RESTYLING?

Restyling gives a fresh look to the things you love by rearranging them in a way that better defines your style. Restyling assesses the items you already own—your furnishings, your keepsakes, your sense of style—and puts a new spin on how they work together. In some cases, perhaps, adding a new color, texture, or items to bring out the personality of a space and its owner is all that is needed. It's rearranging but with design and function in mind. Restyling will bring out the features in a room that are important to you. It's all about you and the things you love.

STAGING & STYLING SERVICES*

Initial Home Evaluation-

This is always FREE! It includes a walk-through of your home and a meeting to discuss recommendations.

Comprehensive Reports- $98
This includes a detailed written report outlining recommended tasks specific to your home, your needs and your budget to be completed prior to listing the home, showing the home, or prior to your next open house. Staging Services for your Furnished Home-

I work with your budget. If you are currently living in the home, I may be able to use what you already have and add or remove items in order to present your space in a way that is appealing to a wide range of buyers.

"Quick Style"- $50 minimum~

This service includes a walk-through of one room, a detailed on-site verbal consultation outlining ideas and recommendations specific for styling that room to fit your needs and your budget, and "quick styling" which may include furniture rearranging, &/or overall decorating. This service can help you freshen up the look of a tired space in your home (ReStyle), or can be used as Staging advice if you are preparing your home to sell.

~$50 fee covers up to the first 3 hours. Extra fees apply after 3rd hour.

Open House Stagings- $25/hr

For those homes that are "For Sale By Owner", this is a great Open House option. On the day of your next Open House, let me come in for a few hours to stage. I'll leave an hour prior to the Open House so you have a little downtime to relax.

Interior Restyling-

Not selling your home, but want to give it a new look? Using just what you have already, I can give your home a fresh look in just one day. I work with your budget.

New Home Styling-

Moving into your new home? You may be struggling to see how your things will fit into the new space. Moving is stressful enough! Let me unpack and set up your new home for you.

Shopping Services- $50/hr

Want to style your own home, but need some help in choosing the decor? My shopping services are available to help you liven up your living space with new furniture or accessories.
